I've Got a Dollar

All Photos - The Grower's Daughter

Recently I've been going through old photos I have in my files and burning them to backup disks in case something happens to our computer. I have all of Willen's baby photos, and pretty much everything else on here and I've been meaning to get them off my hard drive for a while now. It's taking me quite a long time, but it's worth the effort.

In the meantime, I've really enjoyed flipping through old photos I haven't seen in a while.

I found these while going through our honeymoon albums.

This is a house Ryan and I came across. It's somewhere near Virginia.

I think it's gorgeous.

Oh, and by the way - it was for sale!

Mhmmm.

  1. Oh yeah......I'd take that beauty, too! She's wonderful!!! Did you decide to burn your photos to a disk instead of buying an external hard drive for a reason? I'm debating which way to go because I have sooooo many photos and documents on my laptop, I want to protect them someway. Love to hear your thoughts! :)

  3. when I saw your post title, I immediately started singing "I got a dollar, I got a dollar, I got a dollar, hey, hey, hey, hey!!" It's from "the little rascals" movie... my daughter watched it over and over when she was little... haha

I can totally see the potential in that home! beautiful!

  5. That is a very good idea Maria! I didn't do that and our house was robbed in August and I lost all my pictures because they stole my lap top and camera. Pictures are priceless. I had pictures of my Dad on my laptop and he passed away in June. So sad. Just thought I would mention this so everyone will back up their precious photos so you don't have to learn the hard way like I did! Love your blog!
