The other night I decided to take a drive through some of our local orchards.
Everything is in full bloom.
Last year the blooms came early but after a bad frost, they left just as quickly as they came. The frost did a lot of damage. Some farmers lost whole crops of cherries.
This year however, the blooms seem to be lingering as we've continued to have beautifully warm weather.
Here are some sweet cherry trees and peach trees from farms near us.
The rows of fruit trees and their different colored blooms go on and on.
Gorgeous photos! I grew up running amid the trees in my grandparents' orchards. Such lovely memories. Enjoy this beautiful spring and thank you for sharing these beautiful images. :)
